“Operation Shield” launched by the Delhi Government
The Operation will be implemented in 21 containment zones of Delhi. The steps to be implemented are: S- Sealing of 21 containment zones H- Home quarantining of residents in these zones I- Isolation of primary and secondary contacts of infected individuals E- Essential supply of commodities L- Local authorities to sanitize area D- Door-to-door health checks

Ceasefire in Yemen declared by Saudi-led Coalition
Saudi Arabia led coalition declared a two-week cease fire in Yemen. The coalition includes Saudi Arabia, Sudan, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Senegal It is supported by the UN to aid Yemen government against a coup by the Houthis group.

Pune based company Genrich Membranes has developed a membrane oxygenator equipment to treat COVID-19 patients It will treat breathlessness, a major complication of COVID-19 The device enriches oxygen in the air up to 35 per cent and does not require trained manpower for its operation
