To purchase a course you will need to go to the course page of each individual course.  You can use any online payment method (Net Banking/Credit or Debit Cards/UPI/Paytm/Google Pay etc.) to buy each course. Once the payment is made successfully we will send a confirmation.

First of all, check your bank/credit card account to make sure that your account has indeed been debited. If that is the case and your account has been debited because of a payment failure, the money debited is generally refunded back into the account  within 7 business days by banks. So the best thing to do would be to wait.

After you have made your payment for the course successfully, you will receive a confirmation of the same on your registered email id/mobile no. After that you can access your account and start using the course materials.

Unfortunately, No! It is not possible to change/add delete modules after an order has been placed.

However, if you wish to purchase any separate/add on modules, you can place a fresh order for the same.

Since this is an online course, once your order has been placed and confirmed, it can not be cancelled and no refund will be provided. Hence please make sure that you want to purchase the exact course/module by reading the course description about the module you wish to purchase.

Unfortunately we do not provide instalment facilities. However you can pay by credit card and then convert that amount into instalments.

For accessing the course material, you will need a good quality internet connection to watch the video lectures. You can access your study material on both desktop and mobile phones. All you need is a decent configuration of RAM/Speed in your PC or Mobile Phone.

You can download the videos on your mobile phone for offline viewing and to save bandwidth.

No. Since the courses are completely online, we do not provide printed study material.

After your payment is confirmed for the course/study material/test series order, the login credentials for your account will be shared with you on your registered email id and phone. 

The Study Material, Course Content & Mock Tests will be accessible till August 2021. Till then you can access your content and use it. In case you want to extend the validity period of your course kindly write to us at support@eazyprep.com and will provide you with a discounted price for the same.
